In order to maintain the reputation and for the effective management of data and services, it is necessary to have an updated Information System in place capable of integrating all of the IT facilities. The information system that is demanded by the school needs to be a cost-effective solution catering all the specifications an d requirements. Requirements The following requirements have been suggested for the school to have the correct handling of the student data: Students will be provided with iPads to avoid the carrying and maintainenance required with the notebooks. The reputation that the institute holds in the state will be maintained by having an updated system in place providing excellent services. There will also be an option provided for the purchase of artefacts along with the toys that are manufactured. Accurate analysis of student reports and progress reports would be enabled for the teachers and would provide them an ability to track the real-time progress. It would also aid the administration in the easy execution and carrying out of the examinations and self-assessments. There would also be an easy option for customized assessments. Maintenance of the information would also come easy with the IS. Administrative operations would be easily handled by the IS.
